Question: Would you ever say this to your employees?

Learned something interest today. To all individuals who are working in sales and marketing, ask yourself are you the Promise Keeper or are you the Promise Maker?  As you build relationships with clients it is important to build their faith and trust in your ability to deliver a quality product or service in a timely fashion. Also, if you are on the management level would you ever ask this question of your employees?  Or do you  feel it can be perceived too harshly?
